Eggslut is totally worth the hype. Don’t let the long line scare you off—it moves quickly, and trust me, it’s so worth the wait. Their breakfast sandwiches are on another level: soft, buttery brioche buns, perfectly cooked meat, and that dreamy runny egg that pulls it all together. But the real MVP? The truffle hashbrowns. Crispy, rich, and full of flavor—they’re honestly the best hashbrowns I’ve ever had. Super indulgent and totally satisfying. It’s one of the only breakfast spots in Vegas I keep coming back to. If you’re in town and love a good breakfast, this one’s a must.

I saw the name of this place and that is why I went here for breakfast but the food was so damn good. The drink was good as well. I got the sausage, egg, cheese sandwich. The staff were friendly and I enjoyed myself right behind where I saw was an Alice in Wonderland seating area and it was so cool. The sandwich was nice and hot, the buns were nice and crunchy. It was a nice experience and I'm glad I went early around 8am after that many people started to come. The wait wasn't long either.

When I was told we were getting egg sandwiches for breakfast, I initially thought, "Whatever, just a sandwich, nothing special." Oh, how I was wrong! The Fairfax, with no meat, was so satisfying, and the bread was incredibly soft. I get why they call it "Eggslut"—it's messy good! Hashbrowns come in two options, which is always a plus. The French Toast was soft and crunchy—definitely worth a try. They open at 7, but go early and wait in line. And a final note: the staff was really friendly and helpful.

Tried Eggslut at The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas and loved it! The line was about 30 minutes long but moved quickly and was 100% worth the wait. I ordered the Bacon Egg & Cheese Sandwich – super soft bun and silky eggs, absolutely delicious. Also tried their signature dish, the Slut, which is mashed potatoes topped with a soft egg, served in a jar. It comes with toasted bread and tastes amazing when you mix and spread it all together. Bonus: the jars are recyclable! The fresh orange juice was sweet and refreshing—great balance with the salty, savory food. Despite the wind and the price of eggs, I’d line up again for this!

I've heard so many things about this place. And I know it usually gets very crowded. So, I decided to finally try it while I was staying at the Cosmopolitan. I came there at around 7:20 in the morning (they open at 7). It was about 3 people in line in front of me, so it wasn't too busy. I chose their famous Slut, ordered a side salad and coffee. The service was fast. I received my order within 3-4 minutes. The Slut was delicious. Nothing outstanding, but tasty. I loved the side salad, made of arugula, cheese, and olive oil based dressing. Coffee was okay, but this is not their specialty. I don't know if it's worth the hype, but it's a good place for breakfast.

Loved our meal here. Had to wait in a massive line (20 minutes) to order then another 5 minutes for the order to cook. Everything was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the Bacon & Egg sandwich. We had the hashbrowns, French toast sticks and fresh squeezed orange juice. Sandwiches were by far the GOAT. Seating was very limited and people weren’t moving once they were done eating. Made it awkward.

A 45 minute wait in your town means you walk away... a 45 minute wait in Vegas means the food must he exceptional. Well, I waited the 45 minutes and yep, it was damn good. I got the Steak, Egg, Chimichuri, Arugula breakfast sandwich. It was DELICIOUS. But I'm already a fan of chimichuri and arugula so it was not a hard choice. The truffle tater tots definitely used a truffle oil and I loved it. But the star of the show that stole my heart were the French toast sticks. They were made from big fluffy crispy pieces of Brioche and instead of syrup, they come with a STUNNING maple flavored custard dip. Holy crap, I could not get enough. As suspected, well worth the wait time and the Alice In Wonderland theme in the dining area is big, bold, Vegas exactly like you want it to be. The egg chairs are amazing and I want one in my house now.

Arrived at 11:43, get food around 12:15. Strongly recommend that you should come here after 12:00 so you don’t need to wait for long line. We order Fairfax with turkey sausage, this is a little bit spicy, egg fry with onion, cheese, melted to your mouth. Gaucho, with a real tender beef, which worth to your money. Hash brown is ok. For drink, they do not provide water cup, we order a coffee and orange juice, charge for 6, a little bit pricey. But this is Vegas. For me, if not waiting for long line and better environment, I will recommend it. Total we spend 60 for two people
